These handhelds, a wireless extension of the MDoffice system, are lightweight and easy to use, the fastest, easiest, and most intuitive way for you to do your rounds, capture charges for patient billing, and write prescriptions.

Mobile scheduling.

Take your appointments and rounds with you in your shirt pocket to look up demographic and insurance information on your patients and review your schedule. The easy “pick and tap” format won’t slow you down as you make your rounds.

Once you coordinate your handheld device with MDoffice, you can code your scheduled encounters, and you’ll know the patients on your schedule. This simple, yet powerful tool puts key information at your fingertips—location of your patient, schedule, change of status, and the availability of new information.

Your scheduling system interfaces with your list of patients to automatically display patient data including date of birth, sex, and other basic demographic data, plus contact and insurance information.

Mobile superbills.

Streamline your office billing by accessing and entering handheld charge slips. You can quickly capture whatever you want from anywhere, from services rendered to follow-up instructions, prescriptions, appointments and billing information. You use the stylus to check off procedures, diagnoses and prescriptions.

You can record charges while an encounter with a patient is in progress. Precise billing codes save you time and charges missed because of lost cards and misplaced forms.

If you regularly prescribe a certain drug in similar doses, you can fill out the form in advance and add it to your favorites. The handheld will let you check the prescribing history of a patient, write multiple legible prescriptions and print wirelessly to a local printer.
