MDoffice does more than just scan and attach documents. You can copy a document into your practice data base or link to it, an ability that’s especially helpful with PACS images and other large files. You can attach any kind of document or image to a patient chart. You can detach, sort, search, print, fax or email any document or image.
You’ll see attached and linked documents as thumbnails in a filtered list. You can attach or detach them to a patient’s file, chart, or to services ordered or provided. With a single click from wherever you are—in your office or in your back yard if you have a table PC—you can see any information: lab results, radiology images, referral information, patient education materials, name it. You can annotate, resize or manipulate any image or document that you’ve attached to a patient chart.
