Daily Encounters
The Daily Encounters list shows a detailed breakdown of all patients who have appointments scheduled -- even including patient photos if desired. It tracks arrival, exam room and checkout times.
It also monitors no-shows, waitlist, visit payments and verifies that all services rendered have been billed and that all encounter forms and route slips are returned at the end of the day. Arrival and departure times are automatically recorded. Use the Encounters list as a routing workflow system to track the progress of patients through the office during their appointments.
