Office flow
The Office Flow provides a bird’s-eye view of the flow of patients within the office from booking to checkout, via waiting room and exam room management. It collects information along the way showing each exam room, who is in them, and how long they have been waiting there. Check-in and check-out buttons make it easy to tell not only when the patient arrived but when they went into exam rooms and checked out.
The flow list shows which patients have been seen and who's still waiting for providers and for how long and patients that are due into the office today. It serves as a central hub for daily activity listing the day's scheduled appointments and provides immediate and direct access to all patient details.
