Book appointments quickly |
Whether you are a single provider or have multiple physicians, nurses, locations, rooms and equipment, MDoffice gives you easy-to-understand visual displays to make booking appointments easy. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can cancel or copy color-coded appointments that identify different kinds of appointments including those that can be wait-listed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Using simple rules for changing reserved and blocked slots, you can make custom calendars to set up scheduling in a way that works best for your practice. By coordinating available resources with the needs of your patients, you can run multiple scheduling books to improve productivity and patient flow.
When appointments are scheduled, MDoffice automatically makes chart requests and paper encounter and super-bill forms. Depending on the type of visit, the scheduler gives printed instructions for the patient and alerts staff to patients with special issues—such things as history or cancellations or no-shows, wheel chair requirements, and outstanding account balances.
With a click of the mouse, you can open the complete records of a scheduled patient, print customized encounter and super-bill forms and track his or her progress through the office. The “intelligent search” function lets you find and schedule single or multiple appointments by clicking Mr. Mouse.

Daily
Planner.
The planner uses color-coded appointment types to show your free and busy times for any day—all appointments, reserved slots and blocked times. You point and click to reserve slots for drop-ins, specific procedures, or exams. You can coordinate care by reviewing multiple providers, facilities, rooms and equipment, and then jump instantly to any date to find available time slots for the right combination of resources. To avoid inadvertent double booking, you ask MDoffice for available appointment times for a specific date or range of dates. |

| |
 |
Daily
Encounters.
The Daily Encounters tab lists patients with scheduled appointments including their photo if you want. MDoffice tracks their arrival and progress through the exam room and checkout. You know at a glance where your patients are plus what, for whom, and how long they’ve been waiting. It also monitors no-shows, wait-lists, payments, and verifies that patients have been billed and ensures that all encounter forms and route slips are returned at the end of the day. |
|
| |
 |
Office Flow.
The Office Flow tab helps you manage the flow of patients from booking to checkout. You know what patients have arrived and who is due to arrive. You know who is in each waiting or examination room and how long they’ve been waiting. You want to know the details of their needs and requirements? Mr. Mouse will get it for you. |
|
| |
 |
Weekly Planner.
Containing the same data as the Daily Planner, The Weekly Planner tab gives you a visual overview of your scheduled appointments for a week. Click on any day to see reserved and open time. Just match current, waitlisted and work-in appointments to fit available slots. You can reserve blocks of time to group specific types of service or best use available resources and to give you and your staff vacation and personal time. |
|
| |
 |
Monthly Planner.
The monthly planner proved a quick overview of scheduled appointments for any one-month. It shows how the days are filling up, including morning and afternoon totals. You can see the scheduling details of a particular day by just clicking on it. You can use color-coded icons to let you know how full you are and to let you know about important office events. |

Superbills.

MDoffice automatically generates a real time claim, corrects errors, and submits it to the patient’s primary insurance. Electronic superbills are more complete, timely, and accurate, even at the point of care. You eliminate lost paperwork, improve billing turnaround times, and keep billing errors to a minimum. |

 |
Recalls.
recallMDoffices recall manager works in harmony with today’s well programs, using ticklers for each patient. To eliminate scheduled care from falling through the cracks, MDoffice updates recalls when an appointment is scheduled. For preventative medicine, you can form groups based on recall date, provider, age, gender, insurance company, diagnoses and procedures. And you can easily print custom letter and post card mailing labels. |
