In our descriptions of MDoffice, we have repeatedly used the words “quickly,” “easily,” and “automatically” to describe how it works. But isn’t something that appears to do almost everything in fact complicated to use? How can it not be complicated to simultaneously track notes, x-rays, lab results, phone calls, prescriptions, appointments, bills, payments, performance of HMO contracts and almost everything else you can think of?
We went to a whole lot of effort to make MDoffice quick, easy and automatic. We also designed it to be user friendly with a short learning curve. Thanks to a friendly graphical interface, new users are up and running in days, not weeks or months.
So do we help you get up and running? Well, yes. If we didn’t, referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients would come to a halt. If we please you, our next sale will be a little easier.
Traditional workshops led by an instructor are expensive and hard to arrange. We train you and your staff on the web so you can set your own learning time. You don’t have to be a computer geek. On-line help and step-by-step documentation are always available. We give you a comprehensive checklist covering all steps from start to finish—with fundamentals for beginners and tips and shortcuts for experienced users.
You can take our course from beginning to end. To do this, you select a topic and run the course until it’s over. Or you can choose the topics, selecting only that which you’ll be using. If you get busy, you can bookmark a topic and return to it later.
Once you and your staff learn how to enter patient data, you learn how to book appointments, add procedure charges, make patient and insurance payments, and generate reports you need to manage your practice. You learn the what, how and when to back up the system and keep it working properly.
Because we believe that automating your office is a journey, not a destination, we provide additional training seminars online and at regional locations. We’ll train you on new features, and you’ll have an opportunity to exchange ideas with other MDoffice software users. We’d like experienced users to treat these forums as refresher courses to help them take full advantage of MDoffice’s remarkable power.
Forum topics might include using referral sources and categories to promote your practice; reading balance sheets and management reports; and cycle billing and collection techniques. You might be interested in learning sophisticated financial tools or ways to make MDoffice fit your particular practice. Seminars might be based on new insights into claim and procedure entry, superbills, scheduling templates, payment reconciliation, exporting data, managing files, preventing and recovering from errors and more.
Bring your questions to our seminar forums. Everybody can learn from experienced users who have their questions answered. Usually, those questions demonstrate to other users how to get the most out of their own system.
