When you call, a technician will lead you through the steps necessary to identify and solve your problem. You should be at your computer with MDoffice running, ready with the sequence that led to the problem: When did it start? Does it happen often? Can you remember what might have started or caused it? (Power outage, new software or hardware installed, an administrative change or configuration, hardware moved to a new location)
